At patch’d, we are committed to bringing you the highest quality products and to providing world-class, no, universe-class customer service.

If you are experiencing difficulties with any of our products or you have any other concerns, we ask that you contact us using the drop down menu under the appropriately named “Contact Us” tab. Please provide us with your purchase date and order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We’ve specifically designed patch’d products for the phone models listed on our website. We regret we do not refund or exchange for incorrect purchase or if you have simply changed your mind.

 

Defective and damaged chips

patch’d smartchip is designed to last up to 2 years under normal usage conditions. That’s 14, for you dogs out there. In the unlikely event—knock on wood—that you experience any problems with your patch’d product, please notify us by using the dropdown menu in the Contact Us section.

Please note that patch’d does not warrant defects resulting from misuse, physical damage, neglect, abuse, alteration or repairs by unauthorised parties, and that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. Treat your patch’d like you’d like to be treated, and you can’t go wrong.

patch’d should not be exposed to extreme heat, moisture or cleaning products and solvents. If you are using your phone without a protective case, then please note that sweat and oils from your hands may cause some discolouration of patch’d. It gives it a rustic, used feel that’s purely cosmetic and will not affect the performance of the product.

patch’d will not accept any unauthorised returns. So, please don’t waste postage before contacting us and receiving approval for a return. You will be issued a return authorisation number, which must be clearly written on the packaging when returning any goods to us. For all you messy writers, take your time with this one. patch’d will not accept or be held responsible for any item sent to us without a Return Authorisation number.
